Phew!

7 May

I am so glad this semester is over!  Now I have exactly one week before I experience Corporate Finance, Accounting for Decision making, and Entrepreneurship.  This was a tough semester…it made me feel like I slept through undergrad.

I tried to bid on a textbook on e-bay and I got the e-bay version of 419.  After being outbid I got a second chance offer to buy the book. I was like really?  Was I born yesterday?  This was clearly the seller trying to push the price of the book up and when I did not take the bait, I magically got a second chance offer to buy the book outright.  Shio.  I am going to mousie on down to half.com or z-shops.  Seller needs to know, he/she can’t out maneuver (read: 419) a Nigerian.  We invented that shit.

Turtle and I are going to see Iron Man this weekend. I can’t wait.  Yay!  Speaking of Turtle, that boy never ceases to amaze me.  So, here I was complaining about being out of the really good hot (flaming) sauce he got for me from his hometown in New York.  I was just going to improvise and make my own using ground pepper, olive oil and vinegar when I got a FedEx door tag after work yesterday.  I remember Turtle calling to confirm my zip code last week so I called him to ask him what he sent.  He had sent me 4 bottles of hot sauce!  How romantic. For all his flaws (too much sports, likes to party, and overly loyal to his friends), he is really a nice guy.

I am currently reading, Dont Sweat the Small Stuff at Work.  This book is helping me mellow out.  So mellow that a friend and classmate asked me if I was off my anti-anxiety medication.  I have not taken an Ativan in three months.  Before finals, I gave him one….he he he…guess I should have given him the book too.

I found this website called Drama Fever where you can watch Korean Dramas for free.  I am now watching Queen Seon Duk.  Online streaming is here to stay.  It beats renting 50 episodes for 20 bucks and having two weeks to watch it all.

Next task: Spring Cleaning!  Yes, I know, I am late doing this too…

I can’t wait for my semester to be over but Corporate Finance has shown me pepper this semester, this was hands down my toughest semester.

Aww @ Turtle, it’s good to remember the little things…

    Have a nice weekend.

Aww that was so nice of Turtle and you weren’t even hinting that he should get you anything! I flat out ask Alpa Chino and its like pulling teeth and he always wants “payment” in return.

If you want to catch up on “regular US” tv try fastpasstv.com. They have lots of TV episodes there sometimes before they air or 5minutes after they have aired. I love that site. They also have movies. Its not an exhaustive list of shows, but they have all the stuff I like. I agree online streaming is here to stay. Movie studios really need to get on it. Do you know that Iron Man 2 has been available online since last week? (a cam version of course). I have had to restrain myself from even checking it out.

That is so romantic and thoughtful of him! Which yeye guy would think of doing that? Very few! Iron Man 2 was amazing! I was pretty shocked that it came out here before it came out in a lot of places. I kept rubbing it in my friends face (He’s in America) And EDJ is spot on cuz I remember my friend in England saying he was going to watch it online. It’s still worth it to watch it in the cinema.

Never watched a Korean movie but I do love Japanese movies a LOT! My best would have to be the Stormriders Trilogy. Not to mention Japanese guys are totally hot. Eye Candy!
