For Food Friday show and tell, last week I made chicken with black beans and rice.  This was so delicious and hearty!

I also made lasagna for the first time courtesy Ms O.  I only substituted the Goat Cheese with Ricotta Cheese as per Turtle’s preference.  It was really yummy.
